Subscription FAQ

Easter Greens makes living a plant based lifestyle even easier with subscriptions! Place an order before 2pm and we’ll deliver it to you the next working day, choose how often you want that delivery to arrive at your door and we'll do the rest. 

Our hugely popular fruit and veg boxes are now available through a subscription service along with The Essentials Box and all of our plant based milk alternatives. Simply choose how often you want your delivery and we'll do the rest.

Can I add extra items?

When you place your subscription order you can add any other items to the shopping cart and they will be delivered to you for that order only. You will not receive these items every time, only items you have subscribed to.

How much does delivery cost?

We charge a flat rate of £6 for orders under £75. This shipping fee will be automatically added for each of your subscription deliveries. 

If you have multiple subscriptions which are all being sent out on the same day you will only be charged the delivery fee once.  

When will my order arrive?

Deliveries are made by DPD courier Monday to Friday.

If you order before 2pm (Sunday - Thursday) we will dispatch your order the same day for next day delivery.

Orders placed between 2pm Thursday and 2pm Sunday will be delivered on Monday. 

Once we've booked your delivery in you will receive an email and/or confirmation text from DPD. You will then be able to track your delivery and get arrival updates directly from them.

What about bank holidays?

DPD do not collect from us, or make deliveries to you, on bank holidays. Below are the 2021 holiday dates for DPD. If you place an order on or around these times, please expect it to take a little longer to reach you.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

DPD will send you a text or email on the day of your delivery to provide you with a 1hr delivery window. If you're not in they will try to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour.

If you've provided instructions at the checkout for leaving your items in a safe place we will pass that on to them. You can also follow the instructions in the text/email from DPD to update or provide this information directly.

For orders with chilled goods, DPD will attempt to deliver it again the next day but if there is still no one at home, no safe place, or no neighbour to leave it with it then unfortunately the package will be be destroyed due to food safety legislation. Compensation will not be provided in this situation and we will not be able to provide a replacement or refund. 

For orders with non-chilled goods that have several failed delivery attempts, DPD will return the package to us and we will contact you to discuss the next steps.

Can I change my subscription preferences. 

Yes! Just log into your account and click on 'Subscriptions' to make any changes to your subscription.  

Can I collect my subscription from one of your stores?

We don't offer a click and collect service but you are welcome to visit our stores which are open 7 days per week. 

Can I subscribe by phone?

At the moment we are not able to take orders by phone. All of our products available for delivery are listed on our website.
