America's (Edinburgh's) Finest

Phew! That was a delivery and a half BUT we've got enough pumpkin puree for everyone in Edinburgh now. 

Every time someone comes in and buys a can we've been asking 'what do you do with it?' Here'is some of that inspiration - 

  • Pumpkin pie (obv)
  • Muffins for breakfast with oats and chocolate chops 
  • Bread... need we say more, pumpkin seeds for a bit of crunch eaten hot out of the oven with plenty of Naturli butter. 
  • Pancakes with a healthy amount of maple syrup (aka a bucket load)
  • Soup with some crusty bread for dipping. 
  • Pasta sauce blended with cashews and nutritional yeast for a creamy sauce.
  • Risotto with crispy sage. 

It has benefits for your fury friends too! Excellent for puppies and for delicate doggy tummies.
